We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please inspect your order thoroughly upon receipt. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return the item to us within 10 days of purchase in its original condition for a refund (excluding shipping and handling costs) in the original form of payment. Merchandise may be returned by mail and must be in new and unused condition. The bag must still have plastic on the handles, zippers and logo plate, once plastic is removed, your bag is considered used. The purchase will then be the responsibility of the owner.
